The Evergreen Towers Pet Policy

Number of pets allowed
The maximum is two pets per apartment. (Cats or Dogs)

Weight limit for dog 
In general, we allow pets of any size up to 100 pounds, with the breed restrictions outlined below.

Breed Restrictions
The following dog breeds are not allowed (no full or mix of any of the following):

  • Akita
  • Alaskan Malamute
  • Chow
  • Dalmatian
  • Doberman
  • German Shepherd
  • Husky
  • Presa Canario
  • Rottweiler
  • Staffordshire Terrier/Pit Bull
  • Wolf
  • Other breeds may be restricted by management for life/safety reasons

We know its Deed, Not Breed, so our focus is on responsible ownership.

Fee/ Deposits
A non-refundable, one-time pet fee of $350.00 will be charged. Also due will be a monthly $25.00 pet rent.   The pet rent is charged per pet; however the $350.00 fee is the same whether one or two pets are in the apartment. We support rescue efforts! If you have paperwork showing your pet was rescued, we’ll reduce the one-time fee to $250.00!

We require a current veterinarian statement for each pet.
